1. Persiapan Model

Sumber Model 3D:

  • Hasil scan
  • Website model 3D
  • Vendor / 3D modeller

Blender — Cleaning & Sizing

  • Import model 3D

  • Bersihkan:

    • Non-manifold geometry
    • Lubang besar
    • Objek hasil scan yang tidak diperlukan
  • Set ukuran model ke ukuran akhir produk

  • Pastikan model solid (tidak hollow)

  • Export .obj


2. Retopologi & Validasi Mesh

Instant Meshes — Retopology

  • Import file hasil cleaning

  • Set Target Vertex Count sesuai kebutuhan finishing

    • Semakin tinggi → detail naik, beban proses naik
  • Klik Solve (Orientation & Position Field)

  • Export .obj

Blender — Mesh Validation

  • Import file hasil retopologi

  • Cek:

    • Siluet halus
    • Kepadatan mesh merata (tidak terlalu padat di area datar)
  • Jika hasil buruk → ulangi tahap Retopologi

Base Preparation

  • Extrude sisi bawah model
  • Potong bagian bawah menggunakan Boolean
  • Export .obj

3. Shelling

Autodesk Meshmixer — Hollow

  • Import file hasil validasi mesh

  • Edit → Hollow

  • Offset Distance: 4 mm

  • Jika muncul lubang:

    • Atur Solid Accuracy & Mesh Density
    • Kecilkan Hole Radius bila perlu
  • Export .obj

    • Nama file: NamaProyek_Model3D

4. Pemotongan Model

Blender — High Priority Cut

  • Import file hasil shelling

  • Identifikasi High Priority Surface

    • Contoh: wajah patung, ornamen utama
  • Potong bagian high priority (Boolean)

  • Export:

    • NamaProyek_HIGH_PRIORITY.stl
    • NamaProyek_LUBAN.stl (badan utama)

5. Slicing & Printing

LuBAN — Modular Cut

  • Import file LUBAN
  • Mesh → Cut

Pengaturan Utama:

  • Method: Modular Cut
  • Unit: mm
  • Pastikan ukuran model sesuai ukuran akhir

3D Printer:

  • Bed Shape: Rectangle

  • Printer Size: 230 × 230 × 230 mm

  • Close Cut: ON

  • Axial Cut: ON

  • Part Number: Yes

    • Start Number: 1
    • Prefix: 2 huruf inisial model

Connector:

  • Type: Plug

  • Shape: Square (Number = 8)

  • Tolerance: 0.2 mm

  • Final Shape: Native

  • Klik Cut

  • Simpan ke folder: NamaProyek_MAIN_BODY_CUT

  • Hapus komponen berlabel tiny


6. Printing

Bambu Studio

  • Prepare → Add file:

    • MAIN_BODY_CUT
    • HIGH_PRIORITY
  • Load as single object with multiple parts: NO

  • Auto Arrange:

    • Spacing: 2 mm
    • Auto Rotate: ON
  • Allow multiple materials on same plate

Penataan Plate:

  • Sisi sambungan tidak kena support

  • Gunakan Lay on Face

  • Minimalkan overhang

  • Maksimalkan jumlah komponen per plate

  • Simpan project: NamaProyek_PLATE

Support & Slice:

  • Enable Support: ON
  • Type: Tree (Auto)
  • Slice All → Generate G-code
  • Print / Send ke printer Bambu Lab

7. Arsip Data

  • Simpan semua file:

    • Model sumber
    • File kerja (.obj, .stl)
    • Project Bambu Studio
  • Upload ke Google Drive sesuai struktur proyek
